Client Rates Schedule... 

RISK WARNING TO ALL CLIENTS... Since all earthworks are carried out by AB11 Group P/L on a previously agreed hourly rate of hire (dry and or wet) and not a quoted contract sum or fixed amount (with the exception of a day charge or a per load rate) then the client is responsible for all “Civil Construction, Council Approvals, Traffic Control, Tolls and Parking Permits and or related Infringements" for their designated work sites, including all "Dial Before You Dig" checks, to adequately expose all underground or hidden services. The client’s failure to adequately make these specific provisions and or expose any services will completely absolve the operator and AB11 Group P/L from any responsibility, financial impact and or legal liability from unintentional and or accidental damage, as clearly specified on the operator’s daily docket for the nature and terms of our "Conditions of Hire". Due to the nature of narrow access works all access ways must be kept clear as the operator or AB11 Group P/L will not be held liable for accidental damage whilst negotiating narrow access job corridors or footpaths. Furthermore all actual finished civil ground levels, boundaries, perimeters, quantities and volumes are at the discretion of the hirer (client) since operators work under the direct instruction, management and supervision of the client (or their representative) and their subsequent engineering and or design plans, therefore absolving the operator or AB11 Group P/L from any responsibility due to incorrect instruction, measurements, depths, widths or job set outs. The client is responsible (in part) for the security and safety of all persons and property on their designated work site, including provisions to park all plant securely onsite, otherwise the operator reserves the right to charge an additional float and or transport fee for each days hire.
